"Aquarius Peak Adventure" have arranged Trek to Kalsubai Peak on 31st August 2013 Brief Introduction about Kalsubai: Region: Igatpuri Fort Height: 5400 ft. Type: Hill Grade: Easy District: Ahmednagar Kalsubai Peak (Marathi: कळसूबाईशिखर) is the highest peak (1646 meters) of the Sahyadris in Akola Taluka, of Ahmednagar district of Maharashtra. Kalsubai temple is located at the top most peak of Sahyadri mountain range of Maharashtra. To reach the summit there are various trekking routes and animal tracks. The main route starts from the village of Bari which is about six km from Bhandardara. The main route to the temple is at small climbing slope. It usually takes three hours to reach the top from Bari. Soon after leaving Bari, a small stream is crossed followed soon after by a Hanuman temple. The route from behind this temple takes the hiker straight to the summit. There are three iron ladders along this route. There

Here comes most opportunity of the season, to rappell at Kondhane caves's waterfall, After the overwhelming response to our many batch, we at Aquarius Peak Adventure have arranged a Waterfall Rappelling at Kondhane Caves. Kondhane Caves are declared as world heritage, and thus we will be doing rappelling from a Waterfall, near to it, and not actual kondhane caves, this new waterfall known for its sacred holy caves, water-flow, beautiful scenery. The place is an ideal spot for rappelling with a rock patch of almost 105 ft.down. with an overhang at bottom, giving superb thrill while rappelling down, Date: 25th August 2013, Sunday.
